Pet Policy for the Sea Spray Inn ~ a Vero Beach Hotel

Following our Pet Policy will greatly assist in keeping our Vero Beach Hotel pet friendly!

1. Credit card must be on file.  Owner's credit card will be charged for any damage done in the room by their pets and for additional cleaning services required as a result of pet activity.
   
   
2. Pets allowed in registered room only and may NOT be left unattended in the room or any vehicle.
   
   
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time.
   
   
4. If a dog  barks and disturbs other guests, you will be asked to leave the hotel.
   
   
5. Do not walk dog on hotel property.  Please pick up animal waste and dispose of in garbage cans on east side of the building.
   
   
6. You are totally liable for your pet and their actions.
   
   
7. All pets must be on a leash.
   
   
8. Pets must be declared upon making a reservation.  Failure to do so will automatically cancel reservation upon arrival with no refund of deposit.
   
   
9. Sneaking a pet into the room will result in a $100 penalty fee per night.
   
   
10. Failure to follow the Pet Policy will result in the owners and pet being asked to leave without refund.
     
11. There is a $25.00 charge per pet per night, plus tax.  Lower rate available for longer term stays.
