Children under the age of 12 are free of charge
All rates subject to 11% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax
20% deposit or one night's stay required at reservation whichever is greater
Balance due upon arrival
Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Travelers Check
SORRY, NO CHECKS! (Checks are acceptable for advance deposit only, at least 30 days prior to arrival)
Reductions for group bookings (subject to availability)
Guest must be 25 years of age to book a room
Photo ID required
30 days notice required for cancellations during High Season
15 days notice required for cancellations out of Season
No refunds for early departure, unused days or no shows. No exceptions
Rates are for 1 or 2 guests per room. $10.00 for each additional guest per day
